Equally comfortable capturing humanity as he is automotive performances, Lino’s work finds the emotional connection in each film, interweaving every cinematic element to infuse his work with a visually sophisticated style, a driving narrative and relatable characters. Lino approaches each film with a clear understanding that while the highly technical aspects of his shoots must be flawless, they must all be in service of making sure the end film allows viewers to connect on a purely emotional and visceral level.

After high school, Lino left his native Germany straight to Los Angeles where he did an intensive one-year film course at Columbia College Hollywood. He returned home where he did an internship at Germany’s leading production company Studio Hamburg, then quickly transitioned to work in the camera department. His insatiable appetite to learn every aspect of filmmaking led Lino back into academia to the prestigious London Film School where he would finish his degree on a high note, winning the Kodak Student Commercial Award.

Since then, Lino has not looked back, quickly establishing himself as a reliable partner to many top agencies and brands around the world. His spots have won many awards, and his collaborative approach has won him many return clients who appreciate not only his ability to elevate each project, but also his endless enthusiasm and professionalism.
